Highlights
- DLB Dynamic Load‑Balancing Function for Safe Smart Charging:DLB dynamic load balancing function monitors the total grid load in real time and automatically calculates the remaining power capacity. It dynamically adjusts the output current and power of the charger according to on-site power consumption, preventing line overload tripping and maximizing charging efficiency. It intelligently distributes power resources to achieve safe, stable and intelligent non-inductive charging
-
7-Inch Touch Screen for Smart Control: The large 7-inch color touch screen offers an intuitive and responsive interface, making charging operations quick and easy. Users can clearly view real-time charging status, delivering a truly smart and efficient charging experience.
-
Flexible Charge Plan Combinations: Supports customizable charging schedules settings, such as charging time, delay charging and timed charging. This flexibility allows you to fully meet personalized charging needs—whether for off-peak electricity pricing, solar priority charging, or specific departure times—giving you complete control over your EV charging.
-
Set Energy Charging: Set the desired amount of energy (kWh) to be delivered, and the charger will automatically stop once the target is reached or the battery is full. This feature prevents overcharging, protects battery health, and helps manage energy costs more precisely, perfect for users who want to charge only what they need.
-
RFID Card Authorization for Security: The charger supports RFID card authentication, meaning only users with authorized RFID cards can start a charging session. This effectively prevents unauthorized use, making it ideal for private garages, shared residential areas, or small commercial settings where access control is essential for charging safety.
-
Password Protection Function: In addition to RFID, a password protection feature allows you to lock the charger’s settings and operation interface, preventing others from tampering with charging parameters or using the device without permission. This adds an extra layer of security for home and personal use.
- OTA Upgrade for Future-Ready Features: With over-the-air (OTA) upgrade capability, the charger can receive firmware updates remotely, ensuring it stays up to date with the latest features, improvements, and compatibility enhancements. This forward-thinking design offers more possibilities for future charging functions and continuous performance optimization without the need for physical service.
- Dual-Spot Temperature Guard: The device monitors temperatures of the power plug and control box in real‑time. Protective action activates if any monitoring point reaches its specified threshold:
| Monitoring Point | Hazard Shutdown Temp | Warning Limit Temp | Recovery Temp |
| Charging Plug / Control Box | ≥85℃ | ≥70℃ | ≤65℃ |
| Note: After hazard shutdown protection, the unit will not restart automatically. Troubleshoot, cool down fully, then restart manually. | |||
